Enlightenment Stupa – Mokrovraty

Preparatory work on the stupa began at the Chökuling center in Mokrovraty near Dobříš in July 2022. Less than a year later, on June 13, 2023, the stupa was ceremonially inaugurated by Khandro Rinpoche, embodying the Buddha aspect Dorje Sempa. Precious relics were placed inside the stupa—remains of Tsori Dechen Rinpoche, a bone fragment of Dzongsar Khyentse Chökyi Lodrö, one of the greatest Buddhist masters of the last century, and a rare black pill of the 16th Karmapa. This 6-meter-high stupa is located in the courtyard right at the entrance to the Chökuling center and is open to all those seeking self-knowledge through Buddhism and who wish to contribute to the benefit of others.
